Tour details

The route with THE YELLOW TOURS, the tourist bus of Madrid, starts by going through the historical heart of the city: the Calle Mayor and the famous Puerta del Sol, to reach the Puerta de Atocha passing by “Las Cortes”, the Plaza de Neptuno and the historical Retiro Park.

We will continue along the so-called Paseo del Arte, one of the most beautiful places in the city, where three of the most important museums are located (the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Reina Sofía Art Centre), as well as the spectacular Botanical Garden and other unique and palatial buildings.

On board the sightseeing bus we pass the Plazas de Neptuno and Cibeles, head along the elegant Paseo de la Castellana to the business and financial centre of the city to reach the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium of the world-famous Real Madrid, winner of the Champions League and Super Cup in 2016.

Along Calle Serrano, the hub of the Golden Mile, we enter the heart of the Barrio de Salamanca and the luxury shops, to continue admiring the buildings of the emblematic Gran Vía, the Plaza de España, the Temple of Debod, a gift from Egypt brought stone by stone, and enter the Madrid of the Austrias to the Puerta de Toledo to return to the Calle Mayor.
